We may also collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app crashes, feature usage) to improve app performance and user experience. We do not collect personal identifiers like your name or address unless you explicitly provide them for support or account management.
Our app requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery to function. This access is strictly used to allow you to capture new photos or select existing images of vehicle parts for AI analysis. We never access, view, or upload any other photos from your library without your explicit selection and permission.
Your scan history is primarily stored locally on your device. Images uploaded for analysis are processed temporarily on our servers. We may retain anonymized image data to improve our AI models, but this data is stripped of any personal metadata. We do not maintain a permanent history of your personal searches linked to your identity on our servers.
We offer paid subscriptions ("ScanPart Pro") to access premium features. All financial transactions are processed directly through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not store or have access to your credit card information or banking details. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status and validate receipts, ensuring a secure and seamless experience.

We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can clear your local scan history at any time within the app settings. If you wish to request the deletion of any account-related data we may hold, please contact us at our support email. You can also manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
