By downloading, installing, or using ScanPart AI ("the App"), you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service & Disclaimer

ScanPart AI uses artificial intelligence to identify vehicle parts and provide general mechanical information. This service is for educational and informational purposes only. The App does not replace professional diagnosis, inspection, or repair by a certified mechanic.

We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from actions taken based on the App's information. Always consult a professional before performing repairs.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("ScanPart Pro") for premium features.

• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. Accuracy of Information

Although we strive to provide accurate AI analysis, we do not guarantee 100% correctness. Identifications may be inaccurate due to image quality, lighting, or AI limitations. The user is solely responsible for verifying part compatibility and specifications before purchasing spare parts.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer the App's code.
• Using the App for any illegal purpose.
• Harassing or abusing our support team or AI chat systems.

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and source code of this application are the exclusive property of ScanPart. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use only.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
